Anderson aggravated his hamstring injury today and was unable to complete practice. His status for Sunday is uncertain.
Anderson popped up on the injury report yesterday with a hamstring injury and seems to have aggravated it during today's practice. A hamstring injury this late in the week is not good news.
Jets receivers have a tough matchup against the Broncos this week, according to our aFPA metric, and if Anderson is unable to go that would mean Jermaine Kearse would be the clear-cut No. 1 Jets WR. Kearse has been targeted heavily as of late, averaging 10.5 targets in his last two games, and would see more of Josh McCown's passes his thrown his way. TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins would also see a bump in targets.
