RB LeSean McCoy has a minor MCL sprain and is thought to be day to day, a source said.

Fantasy Impact:

It's good news it wasn't more serious, but with the Bills eliminated Sunday, there's not a lot of need to rush him back. Karlos Williams would again get a bulk of the work if McCoy needs to miss any time.
