TE Tony Gonzalez is again listed as questionable with his toe injury. He was limited in practice this week but is expected to play in what isn't a great matchup. For the 49ers, WR Michael Crabtree and RB Frank Gore are listed as probable. Gore was limited in practice Thursday and Friday but was a full go Saturday. Crabtree practiced fully all week.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
