The NFL is reviewing the incident last month in which police say Bucs WR Antonio Brown destroyed a security camera and threw a bike at a security shack, I’m told. This is standard. The league wasn’t aware of the incident prior to reinstating Brown, who wasn’t charged.
As we reported Monday, no charges were filed, due to fear Brown would give employees a hard time around the complex. It was also reported Brown fixed the camera. Pelissero added the NFL also continues to monitor a civil case in Florida, where Brown is accused of rape. A hearing is set for Jan. 11, making it unlikely that case is resolved before the season ends. If violations of the NFL personal conduct policy come to light, Brown could face discipline.
