Packers TE Robert Tonyan (ankle) misses practice Wednesday

Packers tight end Robert Tonyan missed Wednesday's practice due to an ankle injury he suffered in Week 6.

Fantasy Impact:

Tonyan briefly left last week's game before returning but did not do much after the injury. The fact that Tonyan was able to finish Week 6 suggests today may be a rest/maintenance day for the tight end and he will practice later in the week. Check back Thursday for an update on his status.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
