Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey could miss time with shoulder injury

Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey, who returned after missing more than a month with an ankle injury, could miss more time with a shoulder injury suffered yesterday, source said.

Rapoport went on to say he's having tests today, but his status Week 10 is very much in doubt. It's likely Davis went back to the waiver wire in a lot of leagues after CMC returned to action this past week, so there's sure to be a battle to pick him back up. Hopefully for CMC owners they kept Davis around. McCaffrey was back to his old form with a rushing line of 18-69-1 and a receiving line of 10-82-1. Davis only had six total touches with a 5-34-0 receiving line, but Davis would obviously be looking at a big workload again if CMC can't go in Week 10.

Keenan Allen is questionable with an ankle injury. He was limited on Friday, his first day on the participation report.

Separate reports called Swift "very likely" to play, but this is seemingly a new issue for Allen.

If Keenan were to miss Week 12, it would boost the floor of all pass-catchers, namely Moore, Oduzne, and Cole Kmet. Moore + Odunze would sneak closer to WR2 territory than their low-end WR3 designations they have with a healthy Allen.

It was later reported that Pacheco was "healthy enough" but they're hoping to hold him back one more game with a short week coming up. This makes Hunt a volume-based RB2 in Week 12.

Obviously good news for the Cowboys' potential in rolling out an NFL offense in Week 12. The floor is capped for Lamb but we should expect a ton of action funneling his way against the Commanders, which puts him on the WR1/2 fringe.
