There's a fun little conjecture storm brewing in the Boston area right now and it centers around, who else, wide receiver Antonio Brown. Brown issued a "public" apology on Tuesday -- via both Instagram and Twitter -- to Patriots' owner Robert Kraft for since-deleted comments Brown made about Kraft after his release from New England.
The author said he's hearing a lot of buzz about a Brown return to the Pats. Aside from the apology, an unhappy Tom Brady said the Patriots are winning because of their defense. With the O struggling, Brady is getting beat up a bit and is lacking weapons and Brown return makes sense. The problem is Brown's status with the NFL is unclear. Brown also filed a grievance against the Pats to get his signing bonus back.
