At some point, this will probably have to change over to Haskins unless he's really not close to be ready for the NFL. The team may very well be waiting for a better opportunity in the schedule before making the switch, but at least for Week 4 it looks like Keenum will get another shot.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
