Redskins RB Derrius Guice has MCL sprain

Redskins RB Derrius Guice was diagnosed with an MCL sprain following his MRI yesterday, source said.

Fantasy Impact:

The ACL was intact, which is the best news, Rapoport added. He won’t play this week and Washington will be cautious — so he may not play again this season, Rapoport went on to say. All things considered, it's pretty positive news for Guice's career, but owners this season may not have him for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
