Washington quarterback Robert Griffin III says he will wear a brace on his surgically repaired knee for the entire 2013 season.
Griffin was asked after practice today whether he’ll protect his knee with a brace for the rest of his career, and although he said he hasn’t decided that, he has already decided to wear a brace for at least this year.
“I don’t know if I’ll wear it forever. I know I’ll wear it for the rest of the season,” Griffin said.
Obviously a brace is going to hinder him in some capacity, and unfortunately running is a big part of RGIII's game - which all leads to fantasy production. He's still a pretty good option when you consider his ADP is the seventh round, but it's something to think about if you're waiting on QB and thought about taking Griffin.
