Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (fibula) to miss 'a few weeks'

Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls fibula injury is more serious than the Seahawks initially thought, according to HC Pete Carroll.

Carroll said Rawls will be out for a few weeks.

Ian Rapoport reported it's a hairline fracture.

Rawls' likely absence means it will be the Christine Michael show for the next few weeks. Michael resigned with the Seahawks late last season after Rawls broke his ankle; he had been traded to and released by the Cowboys earlier in the year. The Seahawks spoke during the preseason of a "reawakening" for Michael, and he's looked excellent in the early going of the season.
