Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is out of the concussion protocol and is "fine".

Fantasy Impact:

There was some holding of breathe after Roethlisberger took a shot to the head in practice this week, but it appears that all is well with the veteran passer. You may continue to draft Steeler receivers as normal.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
