Steelers RB James Conner (quad) OUT for MNF

Pittsburgh RB James Conner, initially listed as questionable for tonight with a quad injury, is being downgraded to out against the Bengals, per source.

Related players: Benny Snell, Jaylen Samuels, Anthony McFarland

Fantasy Impact:

Snell likely will start in his place, according to Schefter. It's possible Samuels and McFarland get some work too, especially Samuels on third down and passing situations. McFarland has had 3-4 touches over the last four games while Samuels had seven touches last week against the Bills, but the Steelers did trail most of the game.

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
