According to Florida Football Insiders, rookie tight end Mike Gesicki is "emerging as an athletic big target for quarterback Ryan Tannehill, especially in the red zone".

Fantasy Impact:

Gesicki is an elite athlete at his position with basketball and volleyball in his background. He has a great shot at emerging right away as a fantasy presence after the Dolphins traded Jarvis Landry this offseason. Gesicki is the No. 23 tight end off the board in fantasy drafts.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
