Chiefs HC Andy Reid told reporters Wednesday that WR Tyreek Hill (quad) would not practice.
Fantasy Impact:
This is expected as Hill is going to log as few reps at practice as possible prior to each week's game.

The Panthers have agreed to a 1-year deal with RB Rico Dowdle, per league source.
Related Players: Chuba Hubbard
Carolina recently released Miles Sanders, so Dowdle should operate as an upgrade over the veteran. This is a much bigger hit to Hubbard's fantasy ceiling than Sanders functioned as last season, but it's not the best spot for Dowdle's fantasy aspirations, either.
If there are no more additions to the backfield, we should consider Hubbard a low-end RB2 and Dowdle a fringe RB3/4.
Broncos are signing two-time Pro-Bowl TE Evan Engram to a two-year deal. Denver has been seeking TE help in recent seasons and now finally has found some.
Related Players: Adam Trautman, Lucas Krull

The Rams have informed WR Cooper Kupp they’re releasing him today.
This seemed to be all but guaranteed a couple of months ago, but L.A. wanted to wait and see if they could work out a trade. We'll keep you updated when the next team snatches up the 31-year-old wide receiver.
