This is a sign that the franchise's confidence in Haskins is waning as he continues to struggle to adjust to NFL defenses. Inserting Allen into the starting lineup probably does not have a huge impact on skill players like Terry McLaurin and Antonio Gibson for fantasy as neither Allen nor Haskins have shown much as a starting NFL quarterback to this point.
