Brian Westbrook practiced again on Friday, and he's officially probable for Philly's game at San Diego.
Last month, Westbrook suffered a severe concussion during a Monday night game against the Redskins. He has not played since.
Also probable for the Eagles are linebacker Moise Fokou (illness), linebacker Chris Gocong (hamstring), safety Macho Harris (ankle), receiver Jeremy Maclin (foot, hand), cornerback Dimitri Patterson (quadricep, hand), defensive tackle Mike Patterson (toe), and fullback Leonard Weaver (ankle).
Defensive end Victor Abiamiri (knee), safety Quintin Demps (ankle), and tackle Jason Peters (ankle) are questionable, and receiver Kevin Curtis (knee) and linebacker Akeem Jordan (knee) are out.
