Cardinals QB Carson Palmer has officially been cleared from the league's concussion protocol and will start on Monday Night against the New York Jets.

You were starting Larry Fitzgerald no matter who was under center for Arizona, but with Palmer back at the helm, John Brown, and to a lesser extent, Michael Floyd, have flex appeal. Palmer is a must-start against a Jets defense that ranks 30th in quarterback aFPA.
