Washington is without Clinton Portis and Rock Cartwright and will need a career game from RB Quinton Ganther to pull out a win.

There is no question new Raiders QB Bruce Gradkowski has found a deep threat in Louis Murphy, who caught the game-winner against the Steelers. But even with some offensive line injuries, look for the Raiders to try to run Justin Fargas because Washington DT Albert Haynesworth isn't playing.
