Chiefs QB Alex Smith leaves with concussion

Alex Smith has left the Chiefs' game against the Indianapolis Colts for the locker room for a second time with a concussion and will not return.

Smith's head slammed against the ground as he was sliding on a scramble in the third quarter.

Fantasy Impact:

Smith actually left the game in the first half for a possible concussion but was cleared and returned to the game despite a cut on his ear.
