Following a tough road loss on Sunday, the Falcons get a chance to reset and get healthy this week.
The bye week comes at a perfect time as a few key players for Atlanta are dealing with significant injuries.
Tevin Coleman, Desmond Trufant and Jacob Tamme all missed the Falcons’ Week 10 contest and head coach Dan Quinn provided an update on their statuses on Monday.
“We expect [Tevin Coleman] to be fully participating in the Arizona week after the bye,” Quinn said. “Jacob Tamme will be out, he’s going to get a second opinion and consultation on a possible surgery for his shoulder. We are hopeful [Trufant] will be back practicing the Arizona week, as well. He’s improving with his shoulder.”
