Source: #Chargers first round WR Mike Williams will come off PUP and be on the active roster. Big news.

Fantasy Impact:

Head Coach Anthony Lynn suggested earlier this week that Williams (back) could play by Week 4 or 5. So, it makes sense that he didn't stay on PUP, which would have required him to miss six games. Considering Williams is probably about a month away still, this should affect the fantasy values of Allen or Williams who hold a strong grip atop the Chargers' WR depth chart to start the season.
