Osweiler struggled against the Eagles, who haven't been great defending the pass. Osweiler gets another good matchup against the Patriots this week, but he's hardly a safe fantasy option outside of deeper QB leagues. This seems more about Lynch likely not being ready to play because of his shoulder.
