Chargers star RB Melvin Gordon was diagnosed with a grade 2 MCL sprain suffered in yesterday’s blowout win, sources say. He had his MRI last night.

Gordon is going to miss a "few weeks" according to the rest of the tweet. Rapoport went on to say Gordon should be back before the end of the regular season if all goes well. For fantasy owners, it's a big blow as we approach the fantasy playoffs. At this point, the best case is Gordon misses Weeks 13 and 14 and returns for Week 15 as sprains can cost players about two weeks. However, things may also depend on where the Chargers sit in terms of playoff seeding. Ekeler should benefit the most with Gordon out, but likely won't carry the workload, so Jackson could have a role as well.
