49ers RB Matt Breida clears protocol but suffers eye injury

The 49ers got good news on their top running back. Matt Breida was evaluated for a head injury in the third quarter Sunday against Washington.

Breida cleared concussion protocol which is the good news, but he’s not out of the woods injury-wise. He was poked in the eye during the game and is questionable to return, the team announced.

Fantasy Impact: 

Breida missed a big part of the game dealing with the injuries leaving Coleman to finish with 20 carries, but only producing 62 yards.
