St. Louis Dispatch: Running back Steven Jackson was a force
in the first half, carrying 17 times for 81 yards and a TD,
and also catching 3 passes for 26 yards. But he had only
7 carries and one catch in the 2nd half, producing just
20 yards of offense as the Rams faded from a 17-7 halftime
lead to a wrenching 23-20 loss to Seattle. "They weren't
running him that much in the 2nd half, and they kind of got
away from some of the things they had success with before
when they were moving the ball," Seattle LB Lofa Tatupu
said. "They were mixing it up, and they had some nice
little plays going."
