Bucs TE O.J. Howard’s MRI confirmed that he tore his Achilles, source said.

Fantasy Impact:

As the tweet said, this was expected. The former first-round TE is done for the season and the TE workload now falls on Gronk and Brate for the rest of the season. Gronk had one catch for 29 yards last week but did play on 85% of the snaps. Brate played on 21% of the snaps and caught his first ball of the year, which happened to be a TD.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
