The Baltimore Ravens are going with incumbent Billy Cundiff as their kicker and are letting go former Pro Bowl selection Shayne Graham, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation.
Cundiff had a strong preseason and offseason and improved his kickoffs considerably.
He converted all three of his preseason game field goals and made roughly five percent more of his training camp kicks during practices open to reporters.
Graham is the fourth-most accurate kicker in NFL history. The former Cincinnati Bengals kicker only missed one try in the preseason this year, a 50-yard attempt, hitting two other field goals.
It was an extremely close competition.
