Lynn Bowden Jr. has strained hamstring

According to a source close to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, Dolphins WR Lynn Bowden Jr. has a strained hamstring after an MRI showed no structural damage. Bowden Jr. has no timetable for a return.

Fantasy Impact:

The second-year player is buried on the Dolphins receiver depth chart but was dynamic enough as a running back to be switched to wideout. If anything this hurts his chances of establishing himself as a depth option/kick and punt returner. Bowden Jr.'s value is tied to injuries which is an issue for the collected group of players.

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith officially Out for Week 12

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
