Clausen to start at QB for Panthers

Panthers coach John Fox kept saying it wasn't all the quarterback's fault, but that's the only job he changed Monday.

In somewhat of a surprise (not in content but time of delivery), Fox announced that Jimmy Clausen would start at quarterback sunday against Cincinnati.

Matt Moore was responsible for six turnovers in the first two games, completing just 40.8 percent of his passes.

Clausen came in and drove the team well in relief against the Bucs, but his chance at a touchdown drive ended when RB Jonathan Stewart was stopped short on fourth-and-goal at the Bucs 1.

Fantasy Impact:

The Bengals defense looks like a good play for next week.
