Case Keenum starting Thursday for Browns

Browns QB Case Keenum will start in place of Baker Mayfield (torn left labrum) Thursday night against the Denver Broncos.

Fantasy Impact:

Mayfield's shoulder became an increasing issue after the labrum was confirmed to be completely torn and separated during Cleveland's Week 6 loss to the Cardinals. It is unknown how long Keenum will be the starter for the Browns but his matchup this week is far from ideal.
