Baker Mayfield cleared medically to play Week 8

Browns QB Baker Mayfield (torn left labrum and shoulder fracture) received medical clearance last night to play and is expected to start Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Mayfield has full range of motion in the shoulder, which helped with him being cleared. It is going to be tough to trust that his health can remain on the up and up for the rest of the season, but the Browns are willing to risk it for the biscuit.
