"It's frustrating, plain and simple. It's frustrating."
That's not Jaguars Nation speaking, but rather quarterback David Garrard, who suffered through one of the worst days of his NFL career on Sunday in the Jaguars' 28-3 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Garrard started slow and regressed. He finished the game with woeful numbers of 13-for-30 passing, 105 yards, six sacks and one interception. The quarterback rating of 38.9 was the third-lowest mark he's had in his 65 starts in the NFL. His lower ratings? A 25.5 against Houston in 2006 and a 35.9 at Tennessee last season.
Garrard's completion percentage of 43.3 matches his second lowest total ever, just a shade ahead of the 42.3 mark (11-for-26) last year against Miami. The 105 passing yards ranks as his fourth lowest total as a starter.
