Tier One

Cooper Kupp (WR1) -- Kupp's Breakfast Club set records for the most fantasy points in NFL history at his position in both standard (294.5) and PPR (439.5) formats, leading the Rams in target share whether Robert Woods (32%) or Odell Beckham (31.3%) worked as Los Angeles' accomplice. Kupp's potential regression after scoring all 16 of his touchdowns from inside the red zone would not knock him out of the top tier.

Justin Jefferson (WR2) -- Jammed 9.2 targets per game since entering the starting lineup in Week 3 of his rookie year, Jefferson quietly out-targeted Adam Thielen inside both the red zone (30-25) and end zone (10-8) in 13 games together last season despite scoring three fewer touchdowns (10-7) than the veteran. 23-year-old Jefferson is likely to tip the scales in year three under coach Kevin O'Connell and his "smart, aggressive" play-calling.

Ja'Marr Chase (WR3) -- Bombed the second-most targets 20-plus yards downfield (21) for six touchdowns through Week 7, OC Brian Callahan encouragingly altered Cincinnati's gameplan on the fly to counter the opposition's increase in bracket and two-high safety looks, pulling Chase closer to the line of scrimmage for 9.5 yards per target and 12 carries as a high-floor option with a proven ceiling from Week 8 on. That type of usage lends confidence that Chase won't bottom out in his sophomore follow-up no matter the Bengals' W-L record.
