As the sample size begins to get bigger, a conversation has to be had about the proper sample size to look at for a better indication of how a team is playing right now. For some teams that can be dictated by circumstances like a major injury or rotation shakeup but for teams where those are static, a baseline is needed. Two weeks has been a good indicator because there is generally a five-to-seven-game sample to play with that will show indications of any changes to the style of play. As always. though, context matters in who a team/player faces in a specific two-week sample.
