NBA Player Prop Bets: Three-A-Palooza

It is a busy Saturday with a 10-game slate, and it is rare to get three of a single prop type that shows great value, but teams that, by scheme or by ineptness, have been allowing plenty of three are playing teams with players that can take advantage of that and with numbers that are worth playing.

Today’s NBA Player Prop Bets (March 11, 2023)

Kevin Huerter Over 2.5 Threes (+118 at FanDuel)

The Kings have been an offensive machine this season, and that does not happen without reliable outside shooting, and Kevin Huerter has provided that for the starting unit.

This season 47% of Huerter’s shot attempts are above the break threes, and Huerter is shooting 41% on those attempts. Sacramento is in Phoenix today for a game that could all but seal the Pacific division for the Kings with a win. The Suns are allowing the fifth most above-the-break three attempts in the last two weeks, and they are allowing the third most threes to SGs in that time. With Huerter working off movement so often and the offensive load on Devin Booker, fighting over every screen will not likely be realistic for him.

Huerter has been shooting the ball from deep lately as well, he has gone over this prop in three of his last five games and is averaging 3.0 made threes per game since the all-star break on 45.3% shooting. Considering his recent form and the lack of resistance from the Suns, Huerter should be in a much better spot to hit this over than the juice indicates.
