Fantasy Football Multiverse: Isiah Pacheco is Ready to Pop for the Chiefs in 2023

The idea of the multiverse is fascinating to me. You change one small thing in one timeline, and it breaks off and affects things down the road in profound ways. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, that has Earth-shattering, Thanos-snapping implications. In fantasy football, it’s just my fancy way of saying that a range of outcomes exists. My goal for this series is to pick a player from each team that is either polarizing or interesting in some other way.

In this version of the multiverse, we turn our attention to Kansas City Chiefs running back, Isiah Pacheco. Pacheco's 2022 season was a testament to his potential and resilience. Despite being a newcomer to the league, he managed to make a significant impact on the Chiefs' offense. His season was marked by 170 rushes for 830 yards, averaging 4.9 yards per attempt, and scoring five touchdowns. He also proved to be a reliable receiver out of the backfield, catching 13-of-14 targets for an additional 130 yards. However, his season was not without challenges, as he played through injuries. As we delve deeper into Pacheco's performance, we'll follow our usual flow to see what a potential fantasy finish could look like for the standout running back.
