In a strange way, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins believes seeing Randy Moss on Sunday could be the best way for him to follow up a sluggish showing against Tennessee.
"I was going to put that behind me no matter what, just like having a good week," said Jenkins, who had two pass interference penalties, dropped an interception and was beaten for a 52-yard completion. "I'm definitely looking forward to it, and it's not just [Moss] but Brett Favre too, watching those guys."
Last week, Moss had four catches for 81 yards and a 37-yard touchdown in his first game with the Vikings since the trade. The Cowboys only have so much film to go by on his time with Minnesota, so they have dug up his work in New England, too.
"He's one of those players you want to go against," Jenkins said. "Just growing up, watching him, you always wanted to guard him just to show everybody that you're the type of caliber of player to be next to a guy like that."
Be careful what you wish for, Mr. Jenkins. Moss had success against Dallas earlier in his career and there's no reason why he shouldn't be productive tomorrow.
