10 Fantasy Football Stash Candidates Ahead of Week 3
What makes a player stash-worthy? These are guys who may be potential league winners at some point in the future, whether that’s next week or a handful of weeks down the road.
I’m looking at all kinds of stash-worthy guys in the event the player above them on the depth chart is on shaky ground or might be nursing an injury, or possibly a matchup-based situation in the weeks ahead. Clear out those benches (check out my Dead Weight Report on who to drop), and make room for these up-and-comers.

Tyjae Spears, RB - Titans (17% rostered)
Tyjae Spears was on the field more than Derrick Henry in Week 2 when it came to actual snaps (54% to 48%) but of course, their workload wasn’t distributed in the same manner. Spears did see a respectable 10 touches against the Chargers despite being limited throughout the week with a groin injury and should continue to carve out a role as the complement to Henry. He can't be counted on yet to insert into lineups, but the explosive Spears makes for a nice stash for what could be coming.
