Redskins TE Chris Cooley (head) was limited Wednesday. It is encouraging that Cooley could run through some light drills after the concussion. Initial reports had him possibly missing multiple weeks with his concussion history. If Cooley can get through a full practice Thursday, he will be cleared to play Sunday and will pass Fred Davis in the TE rankings.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
