Fantasy Football Tight End Streaming Week 8: Back in the Hunt

It’s been three straight decent weeks for a moribund position, with some familiar (nearly forgotten) faces climbing back into weekly production. Eleven options scored double-digit points, with 22 scoring 6+, both the highest marks on the season.

For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season progresses and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.

To provide the advice you can implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

Week 7 Recap

We absolutely crushed it last week, notching four TE1 performances and the overall TE1 point-scorer. Taysom Hill didn’t suit up, but he was announced out with plenty of time to pivot to one of our other guys, so we had a 100% hit rate in Week 7, and it feels great.

All four of our tight ends either hit 9+ targets or found the end zone. You quite literally can’t ask for better output. Let’s continue to carry this success forward.
