Browns quarterbacks Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace are both idle today with their high ankle sprains, but both have a shot to see action on Wednesday after the off-day Tuesday, coach Eric Mangini said.
Mangini also said that of the two, Wallace is further ahead in his rehab. As far as who will start Sunday against the 6-1 Patriots, Mangini said it will come down to the health of Wallace and Delhomme, and then he'll start whoever "gives us the best chance to win.''
Wallace said today that he's "shooting to be ready'' to play Sunday and that he hopes to begin throwing on Wednesday. He said it will then "come down to a coaches' decision.''
