NFL Spread and O/U Picks: Hunter's Week 11 Best Bets
The Chiefs kept the dream of a perfect season alive on Sunday, and just barely. A 35-yard chip shot getting blocked is just one of many odd ways the Chiefs have pulled off the improbable in 2024. They have now won off of Isaiah Likely being out of bounds by a toe, a questionable Bengals 4th and 20 pass interference call, winning an overtime coin toss against a Buccaneers team that gave them fits, and an end-of-game blocked field goal. It takes a ton of skill and preparation to have a perfect season, but a healthy dose of luck doesn’t hurt either. The Chiefs now get to line up against possibly their toughest remaining test of 2024: the Buffalo Bills. This should be the only game left on the Chiefs' schedule in which they will be underdogs while chasing perfection.
As for my bets, it was a meh week. Every week, I listen to a pod on Sunday night where they cover one ‘most misleading box score of the week’. After the Vikings/Jaguars outing, I have now bet on their most misleading box score in seven of ten weeks in 2024. We ended Week 10 by going 3-3 for -.91 units, basically just losing the juice. Without further adieu, let's get to Week 11.
