Saints RB Pierre Thomas (ankle) and Reggie Bush (fibula) did not practice Wednesday. Don't expect either Saints RB back this week. Chris Ivory, Ladell Betts and Julius Jones will share the work against the Panthers. Chris Ivory (concussion) took full practice reps Wednesday.
