Dolphins QB Chad Pennington has been named the starter over Chad Henne. Pennington is known for his accuracy, but hasn't played in a game since the beginning of last season. Henne wasn't pushing the ball down field anyways, so Pennington shouldn't be much of a drop-off, if any.
