Lions QB Shaun Hill (right finger) took limited reps Wednesday. Hill was seen throwing the ball in practice and reporter Tom Kowalski seems to think that Hill has a shot at returning to action this week against the Bucs over Drew Stanton. It sounds like this could come down to a game-time decision, but an effective Hill under center would be an upgrade to the Lions offense.

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
