Vick said he’s getting close to 100 percent after taking off Sunday’s 14-13 loss to Dallas to nurse the thigh contusion he sustained in Tuesday night’s loss to Minnesota.
Vick was sacked six times and turned the ball over the three times Tuesday night against the Vikings, nine days after the offense had struggled against the Giants before an incredible eight-minute showcase that turned a 21-point deficit into a 38-31 win at the buzzer.
But Vick doesn’t think the past few weeks have any bearing on the postseason or serve as extra motivation.
“It’s the postseason. Win or go home, and that should motivate everybody,” he said. “Do your job, or if you don’t you won’t be playing next week. And that all I can say. There’s really nothing more to say. It’s win or gome hoime. Nothing matters. This is the season. The season starts now.”
