Jets QB Mark Sanchez (right shoulder probable) took full practice reps again Friday and is probable for the AFC Championship Game. All signs point to Sanchez being as healthy as he has been in several weeks. The Jets may well be forced to rely on the arm of Sanchez, with the Steelers the best team in the NFL against the run. Still, don't expect huge numbers. Sanchez is our 4th ranked QB out of 4 in this weekend's games.
