Tiki Barber files papers to come out of retirement

Reports are true -- it's a blast from the past. One hour ago, former Giants RB Tiki Barber filed papers to come out of retirement.

Fantasy Impact:

Apparently this is not a joke. After 4 years out of the league, we don't expect Barber to have any fantasy value even if he does catch on with an NFL club. The Giants currently own his rights, but Barber is most likely not welcome in that locker room.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.
