Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt of Bayonne sidestepped more felony charges today. The charges of resisting arrest, tampering with evidence and obstruction against the 22-year-old former Bayonne High and Rutgers star were downgraded to disorderly persons offenses today at Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City.
